Terms for using MeetingAgreement™.

MeetingAgreement helps participants make expectations and ground rules clear before a meeting or another interaction. The service is used to create and share an agreement and to document which version participants accepted.

These terms apply when you create an account or use service features to create, manage or respond to an agreement. An external participant can open the agreement link or a QR code and respond without an account. A participant’s response to an agreement is separate from these terms of use.

You are responsible for keeping the account information you provide accurate and for protecting your sign-in credentials. You must not allow your account to be used for unauthorized access or try to use another person’s account, link or permissions without authorization. Contact us if you suspect that an account or participant link has been misused.

You are responsible for content you enter and for having the right to use and share it. The service must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of another person’s rights, misuse of personal data, unauthorized access or attempts to bypass the service’s security.

MeetingAgreement helps document which agreement and version a participant accepted and when. The service does not automatically determine the legal effect of a particular agreement. Users are responsible for its content and for using NDAs, employment agreements or other legal agreements when the situation requires them. MeetingAgreement does not provide legal advice.

MeetingAgreement does not record a meeting or store its audio, video, transcript or conversation. Recording, AI, transcription or communication through other services is separate from MeetingAgreement. Users are responsible for ensuring that such tools are used according to the participants’ agreement and applicable rules.

Organizations may have users, roles and permissions. Agreements owned or managed by an organization may be administered within that organization according to its policies and permissions. Organization users are responsible for following internal rules and acting only within their authority. A personally owned agreement does not automatically become organization-owned merely because the user belongs to an organization.

The website, software, design and MeetingAgreement brand are protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to their respective rights holders. You retain the rights you hold in content you create. You give the service permission to process that content to the extent needed to provide the features you use.

The service may change and develop over time. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security measures or technical problems. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or free from errors.

MeetingAgreement does not guarantee that an agreement will have a particular legal effect or that participants will act as they agreed. We are not responsible for external meeting, AI, recording or communication services. Any responsibility is determined under applicable law and is not limited where such limitation is not permitted.

The service and these terms may be updated. The current version will be published on this page. A change that is important to use of the service should be communicated in a reasonable and clear way.
