How it works

Turn uncertainty into clear ground rules before the meeting.

Before an important meeting, participants may have different expectations about recording, confidentiality, documentation, AI and sharing. MeetingAgreement helps everyone identify what needs to be settled and respond to the same clear agreement before the meeting begins.

The starting point

What needs to be clear before you meet?

  • Can we speak openly?
  • Will anyone record the meeting?
  • May AI be used?
  • What will be documented?
  • Who may access the material?
  • What is confidential?
  • What may be shared afterward?

MeetingAgreement helps everyone answer these questions before the meeting begins.

The journey to clarity

Five steps to a clearer meeting.

From a clear invitation to an agreement that remains available afterwards.

  1. Illustration of the organizer creating a meeting and preparing its agreement.

    Create Meeting

The organizer creates the meeting and prepares one clear agreement.

  2. Illustration of participants being invited to the meeting agreement.

    Invite Participants

The organizer shares the same link through the channel the group already uses, such as a calendar invitation, email or QR code.

  3. Illustration of participants reviewing and accepting the same agreement.

    Accept Agreement

Each participant reviews the same version and responds personally before the meeting.

  4. Illustration of participants holding the meeting with shared agreed ground rules.

    Hold the Meeting

Once everyone has accepted, the group knows which shared ground rules apply.

  5. Illustration showing that the agreement and participant responses remain available after the meeting.

    Agreement Available

Afterwards, the agreement and responses remain available — not the meeting conversation.

For the participant

One link. The same clear version.

The participant opens the link or QR code, reviews the ground rules and identifies themselves when responding. An account should not be required simply to respond to an invitation.

No implied acceptance

Each participant responds for themselves. Silence never counts as acceptance.

No recording of the conversation

MeetingAgreement retains the agreement and participant responses—not the audio, video, transcript or conversation itself.
